ACCESS TITLE POLICY

1. General provisions

This Policy governs the use of tickets for the Fantàsia Festival, an event reserved exclusively for members of the Fantàsia Cultural Association.

Purchasing a membership ticket implies acceptance of this Policy, the Association's Bylaws, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Entrance tickets and membership fee

Access tickets are personal and nominative.

The membership fee is personal and non-transferable and remains with the member who applied to join the Association.

The participation fee is intended exclusively to support the Association's cultural activities and cover the festival's organizational costs.

3. Change of name

Changes to the name on the ticket can only be requested by email to the Association.

Name change requests must be received by June 1, 2027.

After this deadline, for organizational reasons, requests to change the name will no longer be accepted.

The membership fee paid by the original member is personal and cannot be transferred to the new participant.

The new participant must provide the necessary information to apply for membership in the Association and follow the membership procedures.

4. Waiver and refunds

In the event of voluntary withdrawal from participation, the membership fee and participation contribution paid are non-refundable.

5. Acceptance of the Policy

By purchasing an admission ticket, the participant declares that he or she has read and accepts this Admission Ticket Policy.
