MARUMBA

Marumba is a singer and musician from Marche, he comes from a world music background having collaborated with various international artists. (The Congos, Winston Francis, Earl16, Navigator, Deadly Hunta, ...) In 2012 he released his first solo album BY THE WAY for the Soulove label records. Between 2012 and 2014 he played in Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Switzerland and Holland promoting his productions enriched by his great lyrics social and cultural impact. In 2015 he released the album THE RIGHT DIRECTION with the participation of several Jamaican, English and Italian singers such as EARL16, FORELOCK, JOLEBALALLA, DEADLY HUNTA and NAVIGATOR. He was a finalist at the Heineken jammin festival with the song BY THE WAY. He has collaborated with internationally renowned artists and has opened concerts for Alborosie, Congo Natty, Tarrus Riley, Dean Fraser and Lee Perry to name a few. He has participated in numerous Italian festivals such as Bababoom Festival, Rototom Sunsplash, Maremoto Festival, Positive River. In 2017 he released his third album WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT HISTORY, 10 tracks of roots, steppe and rub a dub. From 2017 to 2022 he continues his live and studio activity with Playmore band presenting a show full of messages and intense energy. He is currently working on the production of a new album.
